My top ten things to do when you are feeling emotional.



thing #1: sleep/stay in bed all day. 


Thing #2: find and cuddle with a pet. Real or otherwise.


 Thing #3: Read a good book. (Taming Of The Shrew. What Would Audrey Do)


 Thing #4: Talk/text with your best friend.


 Thing #5: Listen to Jazz. It makes everything better.


Thing #6: Drink tea.


Thing #7: Give your self a cute mani/pedi.



Thing #8: Take a hot bath.



Thing#9: Find something pretty to look at.


Thing #10 (best for last): 
Get your self some rain.
