Yesterday I made cream puffs. And they worked! Thanks to Simone Beck, Louisette Berthole, Julia Child and
Mastering The Art Of French Cooking they actually worked. And tasted GOOD!!! I have several before pictures that my mom took.
But I don't have many afters... They were almost all gone before I got the chance to take any. Luckily I was able to save a few for Daddy... and for pictures =).
I know the custerd filling looks yellow but that is just the lighting. It was actually a delicious cream color.
